These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the playjl platform, including all games, features, account services, and payment functions available at playjl.app. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. To register and use playjl, you must be at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine law governing online gaming and entertainment platforms. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming entertainment is permitted. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including a valid email address and any other details requested in the sign-up form. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the platform — duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts. playjl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility, and failure to provide these documents may result in account restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. You must notify playjl immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or any breach of your login security. playjl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree not to share your account with any other person, and you must not allow third parties to access or use your account on your behalf under any circumstances.
All transactions on the playjl platform are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits must be made using the payment methods available on the platform at the time of the transaction, and minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply as displayed in your account dashboard. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures, and playjl reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times for withdrawals may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks. Any fees associated with deposits or withdrawals will be clearly communicated before you confirm a transaction, and playjl will not apply hidden charges to your account balance.
Each game available on the playjl platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface before and during play. You are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before participating, and playjl accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game mechanics or rules. All game outcomes on the playjl platform are determined by certified random number generation systems, ensuring that results are fair, unpredictable, and not influenced by any external factor or prior game history. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or interfere with the platform's systems will be treated as a serious violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance. playjl reserves the right to void any game round or transaction where a technical error, system fault, or manifest error has occurred, and affected players will be notified accordingly. If you believe a game result was incorrect, you may raise a dispute through the support channels listed on the FAQ page within seven days of the relevant game session.
You agree not to use the playjl platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to other users or to the platform itself. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim benefits more than once; using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform; colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game; attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial crime; and providing false information during registration or verification. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the platform's software or infrastructure. Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities where required by law.
All content on the playjl platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of playjl or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of playjl. Unauthorised use of playjl's intellectual property may result in legal action. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to playjl may be used by the platform without obligation or compensation to you.
playjl provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and while we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted access and accurate game performance, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, playjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds due to technical errors beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. playjl is committed to promoting safe and responsible entertainment for all Filipino players on the platform. playjl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation, particularly in cases involving fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 5. If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to access your account or withdraw funds until the investigation is concluded. You may also choose to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team, and any eligible balance will be returned to you following standard verification procedures. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy policies as communicated on the platform from time to time.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the playjl platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Philippine law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and playjl with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
